Kit Rae is one of the foremost fantasy/collectible weapon designers in the industry with a worldwide following for his unique fantasy weapons. He was the lead designer for United Cutlery for over fifteen years, and his knives and swords have appeared in popular television shows such as Burn Notice, The X-Files, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and numerous films such as Spider Man 2, Star Trek: Nemesis, and The Chronicles of Riddick. 

Kit has created custom knife designs for companies such as United Cutlery, Harley-Davidson, Remington, and Colt. In 1996 his Colt Knife/Axe combo won a Blade Magazine award.

The black legion war axe is the primary weapon of the Black Legion, the monstrous foot soldiers of Evruc, brought forth from the bowels of Ammon to wage war against the kingdoms of Men (from the Swords of the Ancients mythology). The premium quality axe made by Unted Cutlery under licence from Kit rae is a 420 stainless steel blade with back spike, engraved runes, solid metal fittings, black steel handle shaft, and a genuine leather wrapped grip. Includes a custom art print and certificate of authenticity.

The total length is 91cm with a 45cm blade
