We are bound by law to sell all sharp and pointed objects to persons over the age of eighteen years old, this also extends to air gun ammunition, any gun gas and a small variety of other items. You are bound by these terms and conditions to follow the instructions in the automated email for proving your age, you are also bound by these terms and conditions to upload a copy of your proof of age to each and every order in the ‘order uploads’ section of the shopping cart. One of either is required. Complying with the Data Protection laws, your ID will never be stored on our electronic database/website or any computer. For the avoidance of doubt, we respect our customers privacy and formerly request that ID be included in each and every sale including repeat orders/custom. By accepting these terms and conditions it is understood that you agree and understand that you complete your order once you have proved your age.

Special order products such as Cold Steel, Sheffield Steel, United Cutlery Brands and others are sold as special collector pieces. These items are shipped as and when available to do so (after you prove your age). By ordering, we understand your purchase to mean strictly for when the order is available to be shipped.

SALE ITEMS/Altered products/Special Orders: (and discounted purchases), are none refundable, not returnable and no exchange. For the avoidence of doubt, if you have purchased an item lower than the RRP it is a sale item and without exchange or refund.

Refunds of purchased goods. must be returned within seven days of receiving it and we will refund/exchange for you. If goods are found to be altered tampered or damaged in any we will not issue a refund or exchange. We reserve to apply a £10 admin fee for refunds whereby proof of age is refused (for goods required by UK law to be sold to persons over 18 years of age). All goods for return must be notified first by phone so that we expect your return, please include the original receipt (in full as we supply) with the original credit card payment slip. The receipt number and your name must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging. Please note we may refuse parcels that are not expected and we will need to identify a genuine customer returned parcel. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and all bladed items are sold as display only & by definition therefore deemed ornaments. All returned items must be returned in the exact same condition as dispatched and including all packaging (i.e not opened or wrapping, packaging, seals broken etc). All returned items that are damaged by your designated shipper are not refundable or exchangeable, please ensure all returns are well packed.

Orders placed before 2PM for non-special order items will be dispatched within 24hrs, to arrive within 7 working days. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
